Discovering Your Spiritual Gift of LeadERship - Part 2

This sermon - part of an ongoing series on the 'motivational' gifts of the Holy Spirit, focus in here on the gift of leadership as described in Romans 12:6-8. Utilizing the acronym LEADERSHIP to unpack just some of the qualities of a Godly leader. This short 3 part series will cover the Heart, Work, and Character, of a leader and reveals at the end where a Leader's strength comes from. This installment focuses on the "work of a leader," specifically the letters E and R, which represent educating and envisioning others toward God's purposes, for their lives and the lives of those they are leading. Drawing on biblical principles and real-world examples, the sermon calls believers to lead with intentionality, humility, and accountability in every sphere of life.
