Hope Christian Church - can trace its roots directly back to a small - humble porch gathering in New Windsor, NY over 50 years ago. Rose and a small group of believers were seeking - not more religion - but - more relationship with God. The Fire's Burning Prayer Group was born in 1971 - and would grow to become - Beautiful Gate Fellowship ,  Newburgh Christian Community, Hudson Valley Christian Church (our sister church) - and now HOPE Christian Church - a new planting in Jesus Christ. Rose, the last surviving founding member of that original group of believers was the Matriarch of our church today - Hope Christian Church.
