Walking in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit

Do you know you've been given gifts by the Holy Spirit? Do you know what these gifts are? If someone were to give you a gift - would you leave it un-opened and sitting up - on a shelf - somewhere? - How would the gift giver feel if they visited with you and saw years of unopened presents? This message emphasizes that discovering the gifts happen when we get - involved in ministry and step out (in FAITH) - and to do that requires our obedience and humility. The story of the blind man healed by Jesus illustrates how God uses the ordinary to do the extraordinary. Let us be challenged to take those old gifts down off the shelf and unwrap them today and put them to use! Trusting God - that when we do the ordinary He will do the extraordinary.
