Holy Spirit In You - Peace Part 7-B

"Forgiveness is not an occasional act. It's a constant attitude." - Martin Luther King Jr.

Sunday's sermon - reminds of the true power of forgiveness. Just as Christ forgave us (Psalm 103:12), we are called to forgive others - not just seven times, but an unlimited # of times!

True peace comes when we let go of our burdens and release others from the debts we feel they owe us. It's not easy, but forgiveness is the pathway to freedom and revival in our hearts, homes and communities. Forgiveness isn't about excusing wrongs. It's about choosing peace over resentment, love over hate, admitting when we may have been wrong and injured others, and allowing the injuries we've suffered from another to be forgiven, forgotten and given to God - it's choosing His way over our own.

Who do you need to forgive today? Who might you need to ask forgiveness from? Take that step, guided by the Holy Spirit, and experience the peace that surpasses all understanding. Revival begins with you!
