Justified By Faith

In the Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector, (Luke 18:9-14) Jesus demonstrates how the condition of our heart (humble vs. arrogant) in our coming to a most Holy God - either opens or shuts the door to His forgiveness and justification. The law has the power to diagnose our sin problem - but it doesn't have the power to fix it - only Jesus Christ can do that.
